Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 -7 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Track Order page to find the real-time update of your shipment.

If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Track Order page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Typical shipping time frames are as follows (excluding order processing and packing time):

USA: between 7 and 15 days

Canada: between 12 and 20 days

Everywhere else: between 10 to 40 days

*We pull our product from the warehouse closest to your location. However, some of our products will also come from other parts of the world. Being upfront and transparent is our goal and letting you know that your order could take up to 25 days to get to you. Keep this in mind when you order. A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: Does Quaintrelle Collection provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! 100% customer satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop with us. If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

 A: Enjoy FREE Shipping when you shop with us, regardless how much your order is, where you are located, we will ship your order to you for free. 

Q. What is the difference between Free Standard Shipping And Priority Shipping?

A: The difference is about the processing timing. Due to the high demand, it usually takes up to 7 business days to process and pack your items when the FREE Standard Shipping option is selected.

However, if you wish to process your items sooner, you can choose the Priority shipping option with a minimum charge of $3.99 only; and your order will be processed between 1 to 3 business days.

Please ensure that we will do our best to ship out your order as soon as we could. And both shipping options will come with a tracking code, you'll receive an email when your item(s) are dispatched. 

Q. I entered my address wrong or provided incomplete information, can it be changed after placing my order?

A: Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address or information. Otherwise we can't guarantee that we can help to change the information. No changes can be made after the items are shipped. Kindly be mindful when you are filling your info at checkout. 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
